Take a stance against these and other abusive tactics currently happening to homeowner.


Waiting for the HAMP Program is exhausting and frustrating.  I have waited 11 months and during this time frame my case was closed 3 times.  Each time my case was closed due to paper errors, Flagstar Bank said.  They never explained the proper documentation needed and if I was providing the correct documentation.

I’ve been yelled at, told off, made to feel inadequate, hung-up on, placed on hold and was told I was next in line.

The worse thing said was empathetic aligning comments like “I am going through the same thing!” as if they were reading a script the company provided them.  I’ve heard that same lines from more than 4 representatives of Flagstar Bank.

To add insult to confusion, the bank and its staff doesn’t have a clue on the HAMP Guideline.  Stating you have to be late to take advantage of HAMP.  Then again, “You need to be late more than once.”  This impacted my credit worthiness and many American’s Credit Worthiness.
